Garlic Cauliflower Mash

The no carb answer to that sexy summer bod

Want that mashed potato satisfaction, but still keep that #DadBod off your radar. Here’s your answer. This side perfectly replaces the carb loaded traditional side with something a bit more form fitting. 

So tell that guilt trip to take a hike and go stuff your face. 


3 cloves garlic minced

1 cauliflower

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup sliced green onion

Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1) Cut up cauliflower into pieces and steam over 1 inch of water until tender. If a fork slides in and out of the cauliflower easily, it’s done. 

Step 2) Remove cauliflower, and discard water. Place back in pot, add cream, garlic, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of pepper. 

Step 3) Mash until you reach the desired consistency. I use an emersion blender because it’s easier than mashing. But if you wanna mash, let that freak flag fly. 

Step 4) Serve with a small pad of butter and sprinkle on some green onion.
