Garlic Edamame

This edamame is good for a quick side or appetizer. Super easy and super your mom. Just kidding. Maybe.



1 package frozen edamame

4 garlic cloves minced

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp soy sauce

(or more, it’s to taste)


Step 1) Add garlic and olive oil to a large pan over medium high heat. Sauté until your kitchen smells amazing… or just like 2 minutes I guess. Add entire bag of edamame and the soy sauce. Toss with a pair of tongs so all the pods get evenly coated.​

Step 2) Continue cooking and tossing until the edamame is caramelized in a thick killer garlic-soy sauce glaze.
