Exquisite Garlic Asparagus

Garlic Asparagus Ingredients

The Quickest and Delicious-est Side Out There

Done in just 10 minutes, and versatile enough to pair with almost any dish.

There's just something incredible about a side that takes almost no effort while you're inevitably dealing with the shit show that is your main dish.


Bunch O' Asparagus 

(bundle?, bouquet? Shit, I don't know what they call it..)

1 tbsp of salted butter

1 tbsp garlic salt

2 tbsp olive oil

Optional lemon if desired

Garlic Asparagus with Parmesan Garlic Chicken


  • Add your butter, olive oil, and garlic salt to  a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • As it heats up, cut about 1.5 inches off the bottom of each asparagus stalk, then place in skillet. 
  • Turn them often ensuring an even coating.
  • Once you've reached the desired doneness (I like them with a little bit of crunch), pull them off and plate! 

If you like lemon, squeeze half a lemon, while at the pans hottest, over the asparagus. It gives it a nice little kick. Super good if paired with fish.
